Start flying quickly with UAV Navigation’s integration process

Any new unmanned aerial vehicle project may be subject to issues or unexpected behaviors related to third-party components which can delay the start of flight operations. UAV Navigation is fully aware that customers may have a critical need to reduce their time-to-market. Every single day that an aircraft is not operating may imply a financial penalty.

Flight controllers are complex systems; their correct installation and configuration are critical to ensuring that flight integrity and airworthiness of the aircraft are achieved. UAV Navigation has a highly experienced team of experts who are focused in this area; platform manufacturers can rely upon the expertise of our engineers. We provide our clients with support during every stage of the flight control integration via a modern, online ticketing system and thanks to our on-site support service. Our team of experts has over 17 years’ experience in the unmanned sector and is focused on providing customer-oriented solutions. Our aim is to help the customer achieve their objectives, resolving any issues that might arise, such as: payload selection, wiring, and system configuration. This consultancy aspect of the collaboration is a key factor in reducing the time-to-market as component selection is a critical stage in any project.

At UAV Navigation, we have worked hard to ensure that the flight control system is easy to integrate. As witnessed by other customers, the user-friendly configuration software, the documentation provided via our Support Center and the first class training courses we provide allow our customers to begin flight operations as quickly as possible.

In order to speed up the autopilot gains adjustment for any new aircraft and to increase safety during the first flights, our flight control engineers perform high fidelity simulations using our VECTOR-HIL hardware-in-the-loop simulator. Using precise flight characteristics and dynamics of the client's platform the simulator is able to accurately reproduce its behavior. This allows our engineers to understand the platform's behavior in order to reduce risk and time during the adaptation process.

UAV Navigation has optimized its integration and configuration processes to ensure that customers' aircraft can begin flying in the shortest period of time.  Our VECTOR range of autopilots and the dedicated customer support provided by the UAV Navigation team are perfect for making an unmanned project a success in the shortest possible time frame.
